Stress, Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Grief, and Trauma, are among the many clinical issues that are addressed in therapy. Together, we will identify the symptoms experienced and implement appropriate interventions to decrease the distress and increase your optimal functioning.
RELATIONSHIPS
Integral to the process of therapy is getting to know yourself and how you relate to others. Often, there are deeper, unaddressed personal issues creating internal and external conflict, impacting communication and disrupting your day-to-day functioning. My role is to assist you with gaining the insight needed to step into solutions and healthy conflict resolution.​​
ADDICTION
Recovering from addiction requires an understanding of the underlying issues that are driving you to seek comfort through an unhealthy substance or behavior. I take a holistic approach in treating addiction, combining mindfulness techniques with cognitive behavioral therapy, to develop and strengthen healthier patterns of living.
