Individual
Therapy

Meeting for individual therapy involves sharing your present and past experiences with someone who helps you feel safe, understood, and recognized.

Therapy is a place where you can identify your feelings, understand your fears, process your pain, release past wounds, and feel inspired.

Therapy is where you can learn more about yourself, see your self-worth, break the barriers that keep holding you back, and start functioning at your most optimal level.

Couples & Family

Therapy

Connection is at the heart of couples therapy and family therapy. We need to be seen and heard by our partners, our caregivers, our family members, so that we feel understood. So that we feel safe.

Couples and family therapy involves addressing unresolved issues from the past, as well as current hurts, in order to begin healing and relating in healthier ways.

Couples and family therapy can help you learn more adaptive ways of communicating, so that you can honor and accept each others' experiences and continue living your lives together with love and trust.

Separation/Divorce

Counseling

While many couples come to therapy to enhance their lives together, many discover that they are ready to dissolve their union and are seeking assistance with an amicable separation.

Working through underlying conflicts may help couples manage the distress that arises during dissolution, especially in partnerships involving shared children, businesses, property, friend groups, and pets.

Reaching agreements and achieving resolution, while cultivating compassion and understanding, often leads to a healthier dynamic, effective  communication, greater ease with life-long responsibilities, and continued joy.

Young Adults | Personal Development Coaching

The transition from high school to college/university may be, without question, one of the most challenging times in a young adult's life. From being away for the first time from family and friends to the unfamiliarity of a new environment ... any of these circumstances can create anxiety, stress, and oftentimes difficulty with focus and motivation. Add to that, graduating from university and entering the "real world" of adulting can be equally, if not, more overwhelming.

My Young Adults Personal Development Program offers 12 telephonic sessions, once per week, where we work collaboratively to set intentions and achievable goals, utilizing cognitive & behavioral modalities to effect change. My role as "coach" is to help identify any blocks causing issues with self-esteem, confidence, concentration and motivation, and to show up as an accountability partner for task completion ... Together, we work towards the outlined goals.
